Artist Statement
In an earlier project, I used small HO scale figures, that are normally used for model railways to re-construct a memory from my childhood.
My Model Railway was an important part of my childhood and therefore construction an image from another part of childhood seemed very appropriate. The image was a simple interpretation of the earliest memories of my holidays.
For this constructed image assignment, I thought I would like to construct an image that reflects who I am and some of the things that have influenced me and the stages of life that I have passed through. Using HO model figures that come from my Model Railways which is sadly now in boxes and in storage at my Dads House.
